<p>its terrible dont go there you will be miserable and never ever ever achive anything in your entire life!!!... unless maybe your a basketball player then you can drop out after three years and head to the NBA :)</p>
<p>uconn is a terrific school. i have never heard of anyone say otherwise (and i know MANY MANY MANY people who have gone or are currently attending). because it is a large campus, there are always tons of things going on, including internationally known speakers, top notch music groups, and obviously sporting events. if you love to party you will love uconn and if you dont drink you will love uconn. there is a niche for everyone. there is so much going on that most people stay on campus on weekends.</p>

<p>Well then telling you about the school is hardly helpful. You would have to visit the school yourself and decide for yourself how you like it and how you perceive the atmosphere/social life to be.</p>
<p>We can only tell you things like prestige/reputation/academics/rankings/stats. Social life and things of that nature is all subjective.</p>
<p>I visited already twice...but as an outsider am not able to experience what student do on a nightly basis. Just looking for weekly activities besides concerts and stuff. I know living in a city school is open to much more so I just want to know what UConn kids to to make up for not having a city</p>
