*First Quarter Grade Report : REQUIRED for Cornell ED?

<p>Does Cornellrequire one as well??</p>

<p>Or just the mid-year report?</p>

<p>this is only for early decision applicants so i think its a duke only thing. isn’t duke also on the common app though and i don’t think they have this.</p>

<p>Many colleges will call high schools and ask for 1Q grades for ED applicants- my understanding is that there is roughly a 50/50 chance as to whether any one particular college will ask for any one particular ED applicant’s 1Q grades. Duke is just being more clear up front and saying they want the grades from all ED applicants. Go take a look at the Cornell board from past years - I think Cornell is a school that will call for 1Q grades from some but not all ED applicants.</p>
