First Quarter Grades and AP Scores?

Due to recent circumstances, I have neglected sending my AP scores and am not totally sure if my Q1 grades have been submitted. My counselor has sent my Q1 grades to the Application Processor's email. Is this the proper way to send them? Should I have received some sort of number to fax them to? I also haven't submitted my AP scores (Euro-5,APUSH-5,Compsci-4,Lang-5). Is it too late to send these scores, and if I am not able to get them in on time, will it have a dramatic affect on my decision? Thank you!

I called today and was told it’s okay for us to send first quarter grades (not necessary for school to send them). Also, my DS received an e-mail saying they will accept materials until 5 p.m. central time on Monday.

You don’t have to officially submit AP scores until next summer to the school you actually go to. Self reporting on common app is enough. It’s only important for college credit

My son is a current wash u
student. We sent his AP scores after his acceptance to receive credit for the classes.

Yeah I know this is going back a bit (started in Fall 08) but I don’t think I sent official AP scores to any school. Just sent the final scores before I enrolled (and did so for free, because AP tests are after the May 1 enrollment decision & I knew I was going to Wustl at that point).
