I was just wondering if I could get the info of everyone who was a FIRST robotics team participant. This would include the common stats (GPA, test scores etc.), the team name, how many years participated, level of participation, and college acceptances AND rejections I'll Start:

White, Male, Santa Monica, CA
GPA: 3.6 uw, Test Scores: SATI: 2190, SATII: (Bio)750, (Chem)760, (MathIIC) 720, (French) 600
Most rigorous course load, lots of AP's and college courses. Outside programming courses through Stanford EPGY.

Other EC's: Worked as an intern at Northrop Grumman last summer on the AWIMR robot. Have played the trumpet and the piano competitively; trumpet VERY competitively: National honor orchestra's, international solo competitions, and foreign tours with orchestras, played in Disney hall, Carnegie hall, etc.

FIRST Involvement:
Beach Cities Robotics(Redondo Union High;Mira Costa Team 294)/Deus Ex Machina(Santa Monica Team 1115)
4 years
Team Founder and Captain of Deus Ex Machina team 1115, Programming and Strategy Team Captain of Team 294 (team I founded merged afer 2 years).

Acceptances:
UC: Davis, Irvine, San Diego, Berkeley, LA
CSU: San Diego, San Louis Obispo
Washington University St. Louis, Vanderbilt, Boston University, Case Western, USC.

Waitlisted:
Rice, Northwestern

Rejections:
Cornell, UPENN, Columbia, Yale, Stanford, MIT, CMU (rejected from comp. sci. school, accepted to a different major)

Reason for rejections/acceptances/waitlists: Waitlists were at the schools with very good music programs, so I probably wasn't as attractivespecial. I also don't think my 3.6 GPA cut it at the Ivies and Stanford/MIT/CMU.

Where are you going:
Berkeley!

If FIRST participants could take the time to do this that would be great! I'm dying to know how colleges like the Ivies look at this competition, whether they think of us as light weights or not, lol. Thank you!!!!
