It's my first SAT and I've prepared for it a lot but I don't feel like I am. So ill probably take it again but any test day tips or anything?

Calm down. Don’t do any homework tonight. Be confident.

Bummmmmmpppppppp…

Does anyone know if the SAT’s can be postponed because of snow? It’s snowing really hard. We had an early dismissal today and I’m worried about tomorrow morning.

I’m taking it too. You can’t possibly be more unprepared than me. I haven’t looked at prep material since the PSAT last October. Here’s hoping my SAT score reaches the level the PSAT says it’s supposed to.

There isn’t much studying (beneficial) to do the day beforehand. Best course of action is calm down and casually read stuff to aid with essay.

I’m a senior taking the January SAT because I am a moron.

I took the SAT in March as a junior and got a 1990, then again in October and got a 2150. My only advice is to take practice tests from the blue book and study what you are bad at until you master it.

@heather don’t sweat it. I got a 191 on my first PSAT with no prep whatsoever, then a year later, still with not an ounce of prep, I somehow managed a 216. I think I just learned a lot more and wasn’t as nervous (which doesn’t make sense seeing as this one counted for NMSC…). Then in December, still with no prep, I got a 2200 on the SAT. You’ll be fine. If I recall correctly you had a higher PSAT score than me? Yeah you’ll be fine. Don’t get nervous haha

just make sure you’ve got your ID, pencils, all that good stuff ready, so you’re not rushing to get to the testing site and get worried that you wont be on time.
