hi, im an incoming freshman next fall, and i am an intended psychology major.
i will also be doing the summer bridge program offered in the summer.

what classes should i take during my first and second semester? (a class schedule that is manageable and doable)

any input is appreciated, thank you!! =D

Start working on the [prerequisites to your Psychology major](http://psychology.berkeley.edu/undergrad/about.html). You may want to take Psychology 1 as soon as you can (unless you have a 4 or 5 on the AP test), so that you know early how interested you are in the field (if you find out that you are not that interested, finding out early is better so you have time to prepare for a different major).

Start working on other [degree requirements](http://ls-advise.berkeley.edu/requirement/summary.html) that you have not already fulfilled (or will not fulfill with your major courses – for example, the Psychology major requirements will automatically fulfill Social and Behavioral Sciences, Biological Sciences, and Quantitative Reasoning, and optional Psychology courses may fulfill some other requirements).

A typical student averages about four courses per semester. Be aware that courses with labs (typically found in science and engineering), computer programming (mainly Computer Science), and large term projects can be significantly more time consuming than their unit values indicate. You may find that taking more courses or units when you have no such courses and fewer courses or units when you have more such courses will even out the workload.

and also, when should i start with my pre req for med school?
where can i find these med school pre req courses at? is there a link?

do you have any recomendations as to which classes are a good for a first incoming freshman? im also psych major.

See post #2 above.
