Hi! I have been checking this forum ever since it started, and have received my acceptance today through email as an outstanding applicant! I’m an international student and i applied for 1 year AAS but my credits was not enough thus i was accepted to 2 years AAS. My COA isnt updated as well, so don’t worry!! I need some advice on whether i should accept FIT or go to ESMOD Paris as FIT’s out of state tution for 4 years is too costly for me. Anyways goodluck to everyone!!
Hey guys ! So when I go check my overall financial status it says " Based on your academic transcript, the status of your academic progress is NOT YET REVIEWED as of FALL 2018" is that a bad sign ? I’m so nervous right now…
@csitu14 no it’s not a bad sign! I checked my financial list yesterday, and that was exactly what I saw. But I just got an acceptance letter via email and I’m an international student! Good luck to you:)
For those who received their acceptance letters, was there any other changes to your MyFIT account other than COA?
Hi @sophiagianna ! Congrats on being accepted! Did you apply as a transfer student? I applied for the 1 year AAS program too and now I’m worried I won’t be accepted into it. I have over 60 credits from previous colleges but I know FIT is very particular in what they allow to transfer. FIT is a great school and you will have so many opportunities for internships and future careers just from the name itself! I’m sure whatever decision you make will be a great one

The school is closed today for Good Friday, doubt any letters will be going out today. Guess Monday it is…
If letters were sent out yesterday does that mean i could get mine today? Also the myfit site is so confusing I’ve given up on checking my COA and all that because it’s all blank anyways.
@elaniann1 have you tried looking at your COA on your phone and not a laptop or computer? Cause mine would show up blank on my laptop but then i tried on my phone and it finally worked

Hi @amirakassem !! Thank you Yes I applied for 1 year AAS but they contacted me to let me know that my credits was not enough. I had a long period of time conversing with a counselor on the credits but still did not manage to get any. You might have a high chance though as they only need 30 for 1 year AAS and you already have 60. Thanks for your advice!! I am still considering but ultimately I still like FIT better.
Apparently letters don’t go out until Monday 
expect to get yours next week depending on where you live

@ShansMom congrats to her!! I’m in the waiting game as well, can you please let me know if she applied to honors or if she was an outstanding applicant (it would say it in the first paragraph of her acceptance). Also what state are you from? This is all helpful information!
@ShansMom congrats to your daughter!! I bet she’s super happy! Are you in the East Coast? My daughter is still waiting to find out whether she was accepted or not. She applied last year but got a rejection letter. So fingers crossed hopefully we’ll receive a response soon.
