@amirakassem, @val1999, Letter said she was OA, she is transferring into the BFA Photography program. We are from Long Island, NY
I also just got my letter in today for the AAS Communications Design program, & it said I was an OA too. Hopefully a lot are coming in because the wait is really bad. I’m in Upstate ny btw
@chunmich she only appiied to FIT. She did apply to St Johns University but it’s nothing to do with fashion. She did get accepted. We didn’t get anything in the mail today. A lot of her friends go to FIT and love it!
@mcl777 no. This is crazy!! I Was convinced she would’ve gotten a letter today. She doesn’t have any friends in the area that applied but at least last year all of her friends applied so we knew when we were getting the letter because they all got them the same time. I’m sure Monday is the day. I know for a fact if you do not receive it next week they will definitely email you your decision because it happened to us in January when she applied for the spring.

First CONGRATS was you acceptance letter in a packet My daughter was told she would be getting a packet. Is a packet an acceptance letter I am confused???
CONGRATS to your daughter!!! when I called admin on Thursday they said my daughters application process is complete and she would be receiving a packet in the mail. Is the acceptance letter in a packet?

Yes, mine said outstanding applicant. And it comes in a big white envelope that says “congratulations” on the outside, there is a folder inside of the envelope with a letter and other information @Boeing757 @atlgirl21

I don’t want to get ahead of myself but if admin said a packet is on its way does that mean maybe an acceptance letter or do all the letters rejection and acceptance letter come in a packet
@Boeing757, acceptance letters will come in a 8 x 10 packet. Rejection lettesr will be in a regular envelope
