I got my acceptance letter two Days ago around 11:00 pm for advertising and marketing communications. I was surprised because I thought the letters would be sent out on Monday since I didn’t apply for the honors program.
Did everyone get outstanding applicant on their decision letters, what does it mean? Or is it something that everyone gets on their acceptance letters
Yeah. And I am hell tensed about the results
@chunmich yeah. And the wait is killing me
Does anyone know if you get anything from FIT for being an outstanding applicant?
@atlgirl21 I also got into the FBM program! We can connect on insta if you like even though I’m a little older than most our class I’m sure lol it’s @greygardn
Hi you guys i wanted to know if anyone else hasn’t received their decision letter yet ? I was told mines was sent out Friday could that mean i was denied or wait listed. And i live in New York City
hey im applying to the fashion and business management course too. I’m an international student but i lived in florida before
@veeeew I live in NJ and still haven’t received a decision letter yet either
@veeeew I haven’t received mine as well and I live in NYC as well still waiting, I don’t think it means you are rejected or waitlisted I think we just have to wait and see
@kpaigemir i got that too. im freaking out
this wait is killing me… i was hoping to get a decision by April 1st. I’m an international student.
I called and they said they have a large batch of decisions being sent out today
Hey guys, I’m Kim. I applied for the fall 2018 term as well. I emailed FIT a couple of days ago to ask them about my application status and they said it was pending because they hadn’t yet received my TOEFL scores. When I submitted them, they said, it was one point off the required TOEFL score I have a 79 and they want a minimum of 80 :(. I have to travel to retake the TOEFL because it is not provided in where I live and I asked FIT if they could kindly give me a conditional admission. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this before?
Wether international applicant recive decision letter through mail or email first?
Lucky you ! Good luck
I’m an international student from South Korea living in NY currently. I applied for photography AAS program as a transfer. I received my acceptance letter last week saying I’m an outstanding applicant. There was no email.
Congrats to all of you who have been accepted!! Quick question, did you also receive an email from FIT after receiving your letter?
Also, I spoke with FIT admissions this morning. They said they are sending more letters out this week and not receiving a letter yet is not an indication that you haven’t been accepted or that it’s a bad sign. My daughter still hasn’t received anything, and they said her letter should be sent out this week…ugh, tis waiting is making my eye twitch with stress…lol
This is a bit ridiculous now… I live in Connecticut and applied for AAS. It said I’m an OA. It’s April 2nd and still nothing.
