You will probably be on hold for a good 10-20 minutes, so many people are calling! I tried and couldnt get through so if your eager then you can call and stay on hold but the anticipation was killing me!
My daughter just called and asked. Just need your application ID number. Much easier than waiting by the mailbox every day! Good luck. She got into AMC and will decide between here and Parsons. Anyone have thoughts on that choice?

My daughter is out and she does not know about the call then email option. She is expecting the mail package today but I told her that it might be delivered this week. I will tell her this information as soon as see her to see if she still wants to wait for the package .
@TGmom2022 I took classes at FIT and Parsons in high school. I liked FIT a lot more plus it’s s comparable education for half the cost but it just comes down to where she feels she fits in. Good luck to her!

i just got accepted as an oustanding applicant in fashion design!!! my letter was dated march 23 and my COA changed a few months ago
My patience wore out and I had to call admissions and ask! The admissions representative said that my letter was sent early last week and that it was odd that I didn’t receive anything yet. He then said he’d send me an email and I should receive it in 5-10 minutes and I got it in about 2!! I got in!!! I applied as a non transfer freshman and I live in Long Island. Don’t give up guys! Also I highly recommend calling up. I just said " Hi I know you’ve probably gotten 1,001 calls today about this but I was curious how I would recieve my decision."Don’t give up guys!!! Even if you didn’t receive your letter yet!!!
I’m calling in a few minutes, but on my MyFIT page, they’ve posted financial stuff on March 27th and March 29th…is that a good sign?

Hello everyone! I was just accepted as a transfer student into the Direct and Interactive Marketing BS program! I had a 2.74 in High school and currently hold a 3.32 in college. I am so excited to see my you all there!
@jendclifford omg girl congratulations!!! I don’t know if should call. I kinda just wanna wait for the mail bc I’m fckn nervous! The mailman still hasn’t come to my house and usually I get the mail at 1pm lol.
@katerinaxo thank you! I was like shaking waiting for the email but I couldn’t stand waiting any longer for the letter. I think it’s safe to assume the transfer credits on the transcript is a good sign though!
Is anyone applying to SUNY Korea FIT? I am and I’m waiting for my package. I applied as a transfer student and I know that FIT NYC does the application review for FIT Korea. I’m just curious
Hello everyone I just called and got email in minutes. I’m in AAS textile/surface design as a transfer. ( I’ve already graduated from Parsons BFA FD last year) It’s strange because the letter shows its sent on 23rd March. My address is completely right, but I got nothing in mail box. (I live in Jersey City just beside Manhattan, across river.) I’m glad I called since idk maybe my letter is missing during delivering?
@jendclifford I’m pretty sure I got rejected bc I just got an email from usps (every single day they send me an email with pictures of all mails that will arrive for the day). and I see a letter from FIT. Not a package. Damn! it is what is. I mean I already knew the chances of me getting in were veryyyy slim. They did tell me that when I spoke to them in person, CFM is extremely competitive. It would be an actual miracle for a transfer to get in. Really sucks that they prioritize their FIT students lol we should all have the same chance.

@katerinaxo I’m sorry ? I applied into jewelry design. One of the professors from the program told me it isn’t competitive and it’s a small applicant pool and a small program.
