Same. I just called them yesterday and I don’t want to annoy them too. I think you should be fine coz the deadline itself is Nov 1st and as long as they receive it on Nov 1st.
I thought submitting date really matters cause they review applications in order. @niffler

They said for Fashion Design they are still reviewing the portfolios. I am not sure. That’s what I have heard.
@ep212121 that means applicants who didn’t get any letter til now are not accepted…??
@niffler I submitted on October 31. When I called them, they said you will receive a letter by Dec 1st. He asked for my student id and looked at my profile. So, do not know what the decision would be. He did not say anything about reviewing portfolios. Since I submitted after you, yours would have been reviewed first.
Any idea how FIT compares to Parsons other than the fact that Parsons is very costly
Hey, guys. Just found this board. I applied for the one-year fashion design program. When I called before they said that everything was being finalized. When I called today they told me that my portfolio was already reviewed and that everything is in order so I should get my decision soon.
When I called, it sounded like they reviewed portfolios late that’s why some are taking longer. Yesterday, when I called he said something about just reviewing fashion design portfolios last week.
Did he say anything about any decision being made? When I called he said it’s still being reviewed and a decision hasn’t been made yet @Jabeen
I submitted my essay on Oct 30th but they received it November 1st and I got my letter yesterday so I don’t think that the date of submitting documents matters unless you submittted them way past deadline
