@nathekat you sent your fafsa application but did you get verification papers too?
Also in your cost of attendance does it also say at the top enrolled in “Spring 2019”?

@primadonna1 no I didn’t receive verification papers I actually just filed my fasfa a few days ago it says the status of it is satisfied as of today though in cost of attendance it says “the following information for enrollment in the fall/spring is based on your status of:” and then it says default fall 2018 and then undergrad in spring 2019 does that mean anything?
I think you are in especially if it says undergrad and not default in spring.
@primadonna1 I really hope I did! I guess i’ll just have to wait and see what comes in the mail!
Uhh now I’m getting really anxious!
are you able to enter the site map now? Mine is as usual…
Yhea I can enter my sitemap, but sometimes it doesn’t let me.
Oh okay maybe I should try more times…
Now I can enter the Site map, but still cannot find the COA part in the page…??
im starting to feel discouraged…if i dont see a change in these next two weeks… im gonna assume i got rejected
im tempted to call them next week, but i dont want to pester them too much since i have been calling them these past few months if they’ve received my transcripts and all…
@FAILURE2LIFE I think you should call regardless, I’m calling next Monday and depending on the status of your application you might have an idea when you’ll get your decision.
@primadonna1 do you think its appropriate to ask if a decision has been made? I dont want to sound too pushy to the admissions people…it hasnt been Dec 1 after all…not even close to it
@evyyyyy I think you should call too. When you go to site map are you clicking on “Overall Status of Financial Aid”?
when i called the admission about financial aid, they immediately transferred me to the financial aid department
@FAILURE2LIFE I think it is appropriate and as long as you’re polite about it there should not be any problem. Actually, I’m calling today to ask if my Fafsa verification documents were received and while I am at it I’ll ask about my application status too.
uhhh these next 2 weeks are going to feel long …it is all I can think about now.
@primadonna1 let me know how it goes! i know it feels so long :(…
@FAILURE2LIFE So I called and the worker told me that nothing has been officially set yet, that around Dec. 1st we can start expecting letters . Most importantly he told me that my application was being currently reviewed.
thanks! im considering calling today
