What´s considered a good fitness testing result in the USMA applications process

The thing about West Point is that you must stick out to have a high chance of acceptance. Less than 10% of all people who apply for West Point ever make a perfect score. These scores are for the Naval Academy, but I found that the service academies’ physical exam is around the same. But to do exceptionally well, you want to have your BB throw at around 70 ft - 80 ft. with perfect being 105 ft. Pull ups probably 12 - 15 with 17 being perfect I think. Pushups - No less than 50 with 75 being perfect. Sit ups - Around 75 with 95 being perfect. Shuttle run - Perfect score is 7.8 seconds. 1 mile run - 5.20 being perfect.
Going to be tough getting these, but through a couple months of vigorous training, you can do it. Do it for West Point, and you’ll make it, man!
