Five AP Classes

So next year , I'm signed up for 4 AP classes , 2 Honors , and Chamber Orchestra . But now I'm starting to hear bad things about the Honors Physics teacher at our school (from my AP Biology teacher and students) . He apparently doesn't teach and doesn't hand back homework , tests , quizzes , or reports . So I'm thinking about dropping Honors Physics I for AP Human Geography . Is this a good idea to take 5 AP classes ? I'm signed up for the following:

AP Calculus AB
AP Chemistry
AP United States History
AP English Literature and Composition
*AP Human Geography

Has anyone taken the class and can what the difficulty is and what score did you receive on the exam ? If the class is too easy or too hard , is it really worth me taking ?

Thanks ! (:

Human Geography is really easy. I suggest you take BC instead of AB calculus, both are easy. Chemistry is easy, Us history is moderate, and english literature is hard

senior?

Nope . I’ll be a junior next year . And they actually don’t offer BC at my school , so I’d have to take it online "/

Oh and I’m not taking AP Literature , I’m taking AP English 11 Language and Composition .

Dude AP Human Geography is so easy it will blow your mind. It’s probably the easiest AP in the book and were in the same bind, my school doesn’t offer Calc BC either. :(

You could take AB and self study the BC portion.

What…who says ap lit is hard…and chem is easy? hahaha
Chem is kinda tough…I guess it just depends on your teacher and how good your chemistry program is lol
Literature is DUMB but it’s not thatttt hard
we don’t have human geography haha so Idk what that even is lol

and yeah…I don’t have BC either haha just take the AB exam…with lots of AP classes and if you’re involved…don’t stress yourself out self studying anything haha

^^ It depends on if you’re a math/science or language/history person. I am a math/science person so find chemistry and math really easy. I find English harder, although I’ve also heard from peers that English Lit is one of the hardest AP tests…

Also, how are you taking Literature as a junior? Don’t most people take English Language, then Literature as a senior?

I am too hahaha I am a huge math/science person lol
We just have a really hardddd chemistry teacher I guess hahaha
calculus isn’t hard…I love math and we have a WONDERFUL teacher
but yeah I hate lit lol
the ap test only had sucky essays…compared to ap spanish that I took…english wasn’t a hard test if you prepared (which I didn’t lmao) but I just hate it haha

I guess I agree on calc and chem being “easy” and lit (exam) being hard though haha

The Chem exam itself is pretty easy, but you do need to study a lot for it. If you have a good teacher you should be fine; I’m the dumbest kid in my chem class and I’m pretty sure I got a 5, so yea… APUSH is easy, easier than Euro at least, and English Lang is a joke.

Don’t know much about the other 2, hope this helped.

wow. they offer human geo but not BC? talk about schools saving money for the more important things…

I am taking English Language next year . I made a typo , so I’m sorry . So does everyone think I’ll be okay taking those 5 AP classes ? Or should I just stick to 4 ?

take them if you think you can get A’s

Okay , I think I’ll take them . If I find another class to take that gives me the same amount of credit , then I’ll just compare and contrast the two .
