<p>In my opinion, neither the SAT or ACT is a perfect measure of academic talent. However, in my experience, stupid people can study a lot and still do worse than those who are intellectually gifted and study less. The tests do their jobs though. They weed out the people who are worse at the test for colleges. Whether or not the colleges SHOULD put a lot of stock in the tests is irrelevant. It’s not changing anytime soon.</p>
