Flight 93

I saw the movie last night, and it was heartbreaking. Usually, I rarely cry during movies, but this one had me in tears half of the time - and for about half an hour after the movie ended. It was just too real, almost as if it were a documentary but even more so. It was as if it was happening to me, I knew the passangers on the plane, and I was going down with them.

The braveness of the passangers was so comforting and something to be emulated - just knowing what ordinary people can do. I never want to see that movie again, but it is a must-see (at least once), I am sure that it will stay with me for a long, long time.

Thoughts, anyone? Have you seen Flight 93? What do you think of it?

Man... i'd never wanna watch it, to be perfectly honest. I'm much happier in my own ignorant world of everything being safe and happy. (or just not knowing that tons of terrible things are happening out there.)

They were VERY brave though... It's incredible.

I want to see it. (So help me (deity), if futurenyu or some other ****ing idiot comes in with his "LOL IT DIDN'T HAPPEN BUSH DID IT DUMMIES" I'm going to lose it.)

Bush did it.

The movie is excellently made. So many were worried that this was the wrong time or that it would be saccharine in true Hollywood style, but the movie was made to give the viewer the impression that she is there while the events are happening in real time. If you pay close attention to the credits, you'll see that many of the people on the ground are the people who did deal with the tragedy in real life.

I would never see it again though. I can't imagine why anyone would want to see it twice.

which is why I refuse to see any 9/11 movie, the real deal was enough.

Trima-

Amen.

There are actual recordings of passangers' messages left to their families, as well.

So, you are sympathetic to George Bush and the Republicans?
