Florida bright future schol

<p>So i got the bright future schol.
But i am considered out of state due to the fact i have not been in florida for a year yet. So my question is that im starting usf in summer. I know i am paying out of state tuition but when i do gain residency, can i gain in-state tuition and also use the bright future? Basically im saving bright future for later...is that possible?</p>

<p>And what do you guys suggest for financial aid? I can't fill out fafsa cause tax prob with my dad and also
im considering florida prepaid!
Recommend me others and give me your opinions.!
Btw im major happy i got into usf!</p>

<p>Also, how can you qualify for bright futures without being a resident?</p>

<p>You must file the fafsa if you want any chance of need based aid. Tax problem or not.</p>

<p>Is there a chance of merit aid?</p>

<p>You should probably call the financial aid office at USF</p>
