<p>Hi I am new to the forum but I wanted to get some of your opinions on transferring from a CC to a university that has a good Intl. Rel. program. I'd prefer not to go to FIU due to it being so close to home. I'd like to go somewhere far from Miami. What school has a good Intl. Rel degree in Fl other then FIu?</p>

<p>Major:Intl. Rel.
My gpa is 3.73
Credits: 28, I will have 60 by next spring ending with an AA degree. Another question when should I start applying to the Universities.</p>
