<p>Okay, so I just checked myFIU and it says that I have been accepted; I was expecting the admissions in March , but that's not the point. The point is that it says that I'm accepted for the summer 2013 term when I most certainly applied for regular admissions (Fall 2013).</p>
<p>Can someone PLEASE clear this up for me. I tried calling and no answer. They are probably closed right now.</p>

FIU is super fast with admissions decisions, it is amazing.
Don’t worry- it’s a simple mistake and very easy to rectify…just contact the school and speak to an Admissions Rep. Try calling them during the daytime.</p>

I just sent my transcript in a few days ago, I’m an out of stater, with a pre-med concentration, and 3.71 gpa. I have no extracurriculars which is going to hurt me and I’m white, which is also going to hurt me… :(((((</p>
<p>3.2 and SAT is 1560, out of state, and Im doing biology for pre-med as well.
I called them and they require a 1580 so I was accepted but to make the fall term I have to retake it and get the extra 20 points -___-.</p>

<p>twitchyeyed, im white too lol with no extracurriculars besides work and like 26 hours of community service i got a 1710 on my sats and had about a 3.6 gpa, but i had good letters of rec. & a good essay & got in with an out of state 50% of tution scholarship for four years… so I wouldn’t worry! you’ll proboly get accepted and get a scholarship of some sort</p>
<p>Congrats!!! I was addmitted to the summer term 2013 when i applied for the 2013 fall term too. My GPA was a 3.3, Im a out of state and took the act 3 times and got a 17, 19, and 20. Im also a first generation college student and Native American with a very low income which I think would have helped. But i called in and they said i was admitted for the summer term due to my low test scores. Bummer, but at least i got in:) </p>

<p>Hi. I have not received my panther ID number and when I try to look it up on the FIU webpage, it says it cannot be found. When I sent my application it said that I would receive an email with it within 2 business days. I applied a week ago and have not received anything. Does anyone know what can I do to get the number and check my application status ?</p>
