<p>I faxed my form on the 22nd-23rd and still haven't gotten a response. This is very weird because some of my friends have already gotten it (last friday to be exact) and I'm still waiting :(. Is there any explanation to this, I meet all the requirements and my income is pretty low around $8000 per year.</p>
