my dad's green card states we entered Florida/United states @ august 17th 2010, however the license and vehicle registration is not a year long....i was wondering if my school will accept that? we have lived in florida for a year to be honest which is a requirement. i also hope my bright future scholarship works...help guys

You fall under section “F”. You don’t have to own a car or have a driver’s license to be a resident (even though they ask for that info). As said above, ask FAU to be sure, but be prepared to bring your rental agreement or other housing info to show that you have been in FL for a year (and that FAU’s Fall semester starts after Aug 17 - UF starts Aug 22 and I think you’d be OK there.</p>
