Florida State- How does it work

I am currently a senior in high school.
I keep hearing different things about which term to apply for. Does either term, fall or summer, give you an advantage in being accept to Florida State University?

People have said I should apply for summer because more students will be accepted, then others say fall is better because if they don't accept you for fall they will accept you for summer... i'm very confused.

Also, what are my chances of being accepted?
cumulative GPA- 3.7
weighted GPA- 3.9
unweighted class rank- 44/591, weighted- 101/591
-have reached all requirements of classes, 3 years of spanish, 4 math, 4 english, 3 science, 3 history, and i am in academic electives such as early childhood education and accounting.
i have recieved A's in 34 classes out of 42 in my high school career.
Will have 9 hours of college credit
honors student
will have over 100 community service hours and involved in many service clubs, and leadership clubs in high school.

I have really struggled with the standardized test. I try to study so hard for them and have tried all sorts of strategies, but I don't have the money for an ACT tutor.
ACT- 23
SAT- 1440

There is no real advantage, to be honest, for either semester. The summer semester lets you get acquainted to campus earlier than those that start in the fall, and it has marginally lower thresholds for acceptance usually, but that’s really about it. Others will probably disagree with me, but I’ve never gotten the point of starting during the summer.

More students are accepted for summer? Not really. And just because you apply for fall doesn’t mean you’re getting accepted for summer.

If you apply for Fall, and don’t get accepted for that semester, you are automatically considered for Summer acceptance. There’s slightly lower thresholds for summer acceptance but it’s not like there’s such a huge difference between the two.

What will hurt you greatly are your test scores. Your SAT score doesn’t meet FSU’s minimum (500 in all 3 sections), and your ACT score is marginal.

It also doesn’t look like you’ve taken that many classes that were AP/IB/DE/Honors. Your weighted and unweighted GPA (not that FSU uses either) are very close together; that’s an immediate red flag regarding course rigor, which FSU weights more heavily than test scores.
