<p>Why do you think black graduation rate is so high?</p>
<p>And also, it looks mighty good to say “oh, well we help graduate more black students than you do” to peer colleges like UCF (although I have absolutely no idea what UCF’s black graduation rate it). I can’t say whether it’ll actually help, but it’s more likely than not a publicity stunt.</p>
<p>Look at where ALL our taxpayer dollars go (e.g. the bridge to nowhere). You’ll be outraged.</p>
