S accepted with OOS waiver. 35 ACT, 4.0 UW, Exercise Physiology Major.
Does anyone know if there is a University of Florida 2024 thread? I can’t seem to find one.
This does not seem right. I would call maybe tomorrow and see if they can explain an almost perfect SAT and high GPA something is not right
@Schubby1 Those are pretty high stats. Maybe they thought FSU was a safety school for you and that you wouldn’t attend? Did you take a rigorous schedule during HS? EC’s?
I got a Summer Offer. Made the college decision that much harder. I also heard from a friend that they only accepted 10% of all applicants. Thats mind blowing
@Schubby1 I’m confused. Were you the poster who wrote an essay about how you got poor grades and a below average SAT score?
HELP I got in but there is literally nothing about scholarship at the bottom of my letter, I have real high stats, does that mean I didn’t get any??
@vigalent, You have to click the Decision Letter and then at the bottom, you should see a link to the Scholarship Letter. Good luck!
@Schubby1, I’m so sorry! Holistic admission is a double-edged sword at times - and my daughter has been on the wrong side of that already. If you’re interested in Florida and/or NMF scholarship, don’t discount UCF. I was impressed by the campus, the dorms, and the honor’s college. USF is another option and they love NMF too. But yeah, I"m surprised too…I imagine if you were in-state, you’d have had good news.

I am pretty sure that I should qualify for an admission scholarship with my stats, but I have opened the decision letter several times and there is no link to a scholarship letter. Do scholarship letters come out later sometimes or in the mail?

@totoro24 - FSU Admissions Twitter posted this today: This year for scholarships we wanted to see a 4.0+ GPA (with all A/B grades) along with a 1390 SAT or 31 ACT.
@Searching2020 ok thank you!
