<p>Hey I was wondering what my chances are for Florida State University. I have been wanting to go here since i was a child. I am a senior in high school. I have already been accepted to UCF, USF, JU, and UNF i know i will be on december whatever when they release decisions. Here are my stats:</p>

<p>Im an in state student with
3.8 weighted GPA
13 honors, 5 AP classes through 4 years
1110 SAT only took it once in January of 2010
6 varsity sports
Academic team, and all county academic team member
various clubs
steady job since beginning of Junior year
volunteer hours 50 when applied, now 100+
internship for academy
Law and Government academy, only gold seal academy in Volusia
part of executive board of academy 2 years back to back</p>

<p>and other various things. I applied for summer term because i simply wanted to go during the summer and not fall.</p>

<p>Also i got 1690 SAT total, 1110 between math and reading, 580, 530, 580, (M,R,W) 11 on essay</p>

<p>Was your GPA calculated by FSU’s formula:</p>

<p>If so, your GPA is solid, but your SAT is a bit weak. I think you are in, though because they care more about GPA.</p>

<p>However, you should consider retaking the SAT if you don’t get in so you can submit those scores as they have another decision date.</p>

<p>Congrats! Please go post your stats in the FSU forum on the offical stats thread when you get a chance. Just remember to edit the spaces out of the brackets so that the form posts properly.</p>
