Florida Virtual PE course (FLVS) - which is easiest?

I have to take just .5 PE credits (one PE course) via FLVS. Which course is the easiest and will take the least amount of time? Do the courses require that you chat or take tests via Skype or a camera regularly? I would like to be able to rush through the course on weekends (while still exercising during the week) and finish in just a few weeks. Is that possible? Thanks!

I’ve only taken Fitness Lifestyle Design, but from what my friends have said, it seems as if all of the PE classes on FLVS are pretty frivolous and full of busywork. The courses don’t require direct video chats, but they do require regular phone calls/DBAs that are needed to unlock exam passwords/move onto the next module. I’ve also heard that Personal Fitness requires you to submit videos of yourselves doing exercises/dance routines, but seeing as I’ve never taken that course via FLVS myself, I can’t confirm this.

I did HOPE on FLVS and it was very easy… but I lied about literally everything. An online PE class, in my opinion, it a bit counter intuitive but I did it anyway. There was a lot of busy assignments that I just put random answers for. You take videos of yourself doing pushups once a while…

I took FLD on FLVS this semester and I only had to record myself once.

My daughter took one, I think HOPE. It was very easy. She kept a log of exercise (she played hockey at the time) and she had to take a CPR course at the Red Cross. She completed it in early April so didn’t have anything to do for the last 6 weeks of the class. She did not record herself doing anything.
