Hi, everyone! I’m currently a junior in high school and just finished the half-year course, trigonometry. As I do not want to take “Math Analysis”, the corresponding course, next semester, would anyone recommend taking pre-calculus online? I finished with a strong understanding of trigonometry and so think that I could manage essentially teaching myself pre-calculus.
Why do you not want to take the course in school?
I wish I could, but I can’t switch into Pre-Calc during the second semester and I would like to take it before senior year to lighten my schedule. If FLVS isn’t recommended, however, I will take it at my local community college during the summer.
Isn’t “math analysis” in high school another name for precalculus?
