I am a high school student who is passionate about both English literature AND physics, planning to go into physics as my profession and literature as a side-interest. Because of the vast difference between the two fields, I am wondering if I should narrow my focus down to only one of them now, and go with that in my college application, or if it isn’t a bad idea to distribute my time among the two.
Do what makes you happy and interests you. Don’t do ECs solely for their perceived impact on a college application.
It’s actually very good and will make you stand out among other potential physics majors.
