Follow up resume?

I recently had an article published in my state's catholic newspaper, and it was picked up by Catholic Online, which is a Catholic news hub that I'm told is the best in the country.

I have a friend that goes to ND and she thinks I should write a letter to my regional rep telling him of this accomplishment, maybe with an updated resume?

I need opinions... is this a bad idea?

Here's the link to the story if you were interested...

Students grow, donate hair to Locks of Love to benefit children who suffer medical hair loss - Catholic Online

I think yes! This sounds like a great honor–not just another A on a paper for an English class. I would indeed update!

Would you say e-mail it to my regional rep or send a letter?

Both! A short letter will offer explanation as I am sure they are seeing a lot of paperwork right now. The letter will be hard copy for your file, the e-mail will be a reminder for the regional rep. Congrats!

exactly what AL said.

Keep in touch with your regional rep as much as possible.

thanks to both of you for your advice.

Tim_ND, I’ve seen you on this board a lot, did you apply RD?

Yep!!

Ya, Ive be around here for awhile
