I was just wondering, have there ever been any food fights (or I guess any type of massive fight) in your school?

When I was sophomore, on the second to last day of school a couple of kids started just throwing little things, like carrot sticks and stuff, around. Then it turned into this massive food fight and gatorade, milkshakes, etc. got all over the floor, walls and ceiling and everybody was screaming and throwing stuff. The principal was so mad and threatened to add another day of school, but of course that did not happen. It was probably one of my favorite memories of high school.

The closest thing to food fight at my school was when this scrub was holding an ice cream cone and didn’t notice a little hole in the ground. He ended up getting his foot caught in the hole, fell over, and slammed his ice cream into his face. And he ended up sitting on the floor with chocolate ice cream dripping from his nose, laughing hysterically at himself in front of like at least a hundred people

People tried to start a food fight this one time during sophomore year. The lunch schedule got kind of screwed up because we went on a hard lockdown because they thought this kid had a gun, so they had to put a couple of the lunches together. Usually, there were probably about 500-600 kids in my lunch period, but since we had to mix with another lunch period, there probably about 900-1,200. It was crazy, and people just started acting stupid.

There was a massive food fight this year during senior prank week. I’m told it was like in the movies. A couple of the principals got hit. I, however, was not in that lunch. I could only listen to the head principals exasperated announcements.

My son just transfered to a catholic high school and they had a food fight today. Someone tipped him off about it, so he took off the new sweater he was wearing. I’m shocked! So far these boys are not impressing me at all. There were never food fights at his old public school.

Never like the movies. Every now and then a few tables get in mini food fights were like a few nuts, grapes, or carrots are thrown back and forth but whenever a teacher isn’t looking.

In 8th grade on the last day of school this kid who was moving to Belgium started a food fight. He got some of his friends to help him, and they just started throwing stuff everywhere. In the end the Belgian kid took all the blame and was the only one to get in serious trouble, not that it mattered. In middle school we had lunch by grade so it was only the 8th graders. We ended up being forced to sit in the gym for the rest of the day. And that’s how my middle school career ended.

it’s true. you know how disgusting it can be after physically seeing starving people. once some of my relatives were giving out food to the poor and they started physically fighting over the food before it was all distributed. even though there would have been enough for everyone… don’t get me wrong, food fights sound epic and fun, but it’s not right

You can’t blame a bunch of rowdy teenagers for starvation in Africa. You are a joykill. We are more fortunate than others, there is no doubt about that. Based on what you think, we should not allow anyone to throw away food if it is still somewhat edible. If I don’t feel like finishing a bag of chips, should I send the remainder to Africa? Go join the Red Cross if you want to help starving people, don’t come to cc and expect sympathy.

I guess it happens with really immature students, who aren’t afraid of the consequences. I know they caught some of them, but haven’t heard the punishment.

Food fights dont really happen at my school but fights in general are BAD when they happen cuz either people get suspended or the police gets involved and someone ends up getting hurt badly physically or their reputation gets forever tarnished

but fights only occur about one every two months so its not too bad imo but then again this probably isnt normal and my school is full of hormonal immature losers.
