<p>I just heard some rumour says the food is bad and expensive (I mean on campus),is that true?</p>
<p>Umm... it's OK. You'll get sick of it after a while. It's better than most campus food I've had. It is expensive I guess. I'm sure it's no more expensive than most other colleges' food options. Sure you could go by bus every weekend to Wegman's and cook your own food... but that would take several hours out of Saturday/Sunday and you'd have to get all your groceries on the bus and carry everything back to your dorm, etc., which would be a pain. Plus a lot of time to cook/clean up/etc. Some people like to cook, though.</p>
<p>Freshman daughter loves everything about UR EXCEPT the food. Says that only Danforth (in Sue B) offers variety. Menu supposedly changes little in Douglass or Wilson.</p>
<p>To each her own - while my D agrees that she loves everything about UR except the food, she hates Danforth! She eats most of the time in Douglass or Wilson, and sometimes in Hillside since she found out you can "club" food there, too. </p>
<p>But she also says, as did awb, that it's probably not worse than anywhere else. After about 6 weeks, you can get sick of eating anything!</p>
