Food Menu

Is there any way to find out what each dining hall will be serving that day? I thought I heard that it was possible on MyUCLA or something.

[Let me google that for you](<a href=“LMGTFY - Let Me Google That For You”>LMGTFY - Let Me Google That For You)

Guess I was looking in the wrong place. Thanks.

Those menus aren’t usually very accurate

^ What do you mean?

The food they serve is different from the food on the menu.

So then is there any way to actually know what they’re serving on that particular day?

^Walk into the dining hall and use your eyes?

Most of the time, it’s usually correct though.

Not in my experience. I mean if it says there will be some type of shrimp dish, there will be some type of shrimp dish, but it’s often a different one. And if you’re trying to find which place has which type of hot dog, you’re just as well off just guessing.

I guess we pay attention to different dishes then. I always just look for the “main” dishes that always change, and choose the one I like the best. I’ve only been disappointed about 5-15% of the time.

Though I will admit, the “smaller” items like strawberry topping, churros, or especially philly cheesesteak pizza ( <3 ) are only accurate about 60-70% of the time. The percentages get lower the less frequently they serve the dish.

(All percentages are rough estimates.)

So… any generous people getting 19P next year?
