Wouldn't it just beneficial to cook for yourself and subscribe to some sort of meal plan.
I think for 6 weeks of Summer Session B I only spent around 300 dollars.

The reason I ended up choosing the apartments was because the meal plan made the dorms so expensive. I’d rather cook for myself.

There is a meal plan for non dorm kids.
you can choose from 5 7 10 or 13 meals.
I think thats great since only dinner for me is a problem.

but everything is still misguided. for the 1st week a 10 meal/week plan will cost you 100dollars per meal.

idk…that seems like an error on SB’s part. a 5000 dollar discrepancy can’t put a meal 100 dollars EACH. that’s ludicrous! if so, i want an apartmant, man!

hypothetically, though: could i opt out after this quarter and transfer to an apartment, or do i have to stay one full year?

I don’t know, but I’m going to try to get out of the apartment.

For a guest it costs 12$ per meal…thats 60$ for 5 any time meals in a week. The schools rate if yer a student…is 600 dollars or 120 per meal

*but everything is still misguided. for the 1st week a 10 meal/week plan will cost you 100dollars per meal. *

I think you’re misreading the chart… if you start at week one, it’s $1102 (10 meal plan/11 weeks) for the rest of the quarter. It comes out to $10.02 per meal ($1102 / (10*11)).

D: I wish I didnt see the math. Now the meals seem much more expensive than I thought

Oh i assumed that it was that price every week…foot in mouth :D
