Okay, so now that everyone has had a shot at grabbing mini season or season tickets, did you or your student get lucky? D was ready at the appointed time, said the system crashed pretty quickly. She added that if you stopped to read the choices, you could have been S.O.L.

Don’t know how they did it but D and her roommate got season tickets. She cannot wait to get to Auburn!

D got a season ticket, one of her suitemates got a mini season, but another wasn’t able to get anything. What if my D wanted split her games with the roommate who didn’t get any games; can she just let her use her Auburn ignited card, or does she have to submit the tickets into some sort of student ticket clearinghouse? We have no clue how this works.

At CWE we were told that anyone can use the Auburn Ignite card. It is done all the time. Your D can just let her use the card.

There is no problem using an ignited card that is not yours. Our daughter purchased a full season last year off of ebay from a grad student. He have her his ignited card for the season and put a deposit on it in case of loss (during football season the replacement fee is $100 I believe and then lower after). Once the season was over she returned it to him and he returned the deposit. I was a little skeptical about doing it by ebay, but soon learned that the student body at AU is for the most part an honest group!
Our daughter had only been able to get a mini-season for her freshman year and she wanted to be able to go to all of the games. It was not cheap, but the memories of last season were well worth it! It was her one way to decompress from Architecture and she loved every minute of it. She chose AU over some other programs because she wanted the whole package of academics, sports, greek life and scholarship opportunities that she did not have at other schools. BEST CHOICE SHE HAS EVER MADE!

Thanks for the info – I will pass on to D; she couldn’t remember what she was allowed to do. Now her roommate can enjoy some games! Chances are roommate (who’s an in-state student) will get the IronBowl game – we are OOS and D had planned to come home for Thanksgiving. I think it’s great they included this game in the student season package. I heard that was not the case for regular season tickets.

Pretty much my entire dorm (Harper) got season tickets. Which was pretty exciting because none of us had them last year. We are all like a little family because Harper is the smallest dorm on campus and we all decided to reserve our rooms to live together again this year.

I guess because of our sophomore/honors college status/gpa/credit hours we all had access to football tickets much earlier than others (except Junior/Senior honors students of course.)

I will definitely be selling quite a few of my tickets so if anyone needs tickets email me at
