Regular season tickets are $5 each plus a handling fee of some sort, but they do sell out fast. This year freshmen were only allowed to purchase 3 or 4 game packages. The ticket will be on your ACT card and you can transfer or get donated tickets online. I ended up going to every home game because I received a donated ticket for the 3 games I couldn’t buy tickets for. Playoff tickets are more, like $35 for the Florida game and $200 for the BCS National Championship, but freshmen have zero chance of getting those because the way that ticket lottery is currently set up.

~$50 for a full season home-game package. Away games and post-season games are extra.

Incoming freshman are alloted a small amount of half-season home-game packages that you can get during your Bama Bound session. For upperclassmen, all class levels have an equal opportunity to get full season packages, but they sell out quickly. This year, it was about ten minutes.

I don’t think you buy them at Bama Bound anymore.

My kids were given a date/time to buy tickets online. They sold out within like 30 minutes.

So, be sure to pre-register so that when it’s time to buy you can buy immediately.

Pay attention to Crimson mail. You’ll get a notice about pre-registering. If you don’t have a debit card or credit card, get one.

Freshmen buy tickets sometime around end of May/beginning of June. For freshmen, the tickets come in packets of 3 or 4…so either $15 or $20…plus some small handling charge like $3 total. (There are 7 home games.)

This year, my freshman son was able to buy tickets to the games that he didn’t have in his packet. There is a system where kids can turn in tickets for re-purchase or transfer tickets to each other.

I could be wrong, but I don’t think students are charged for other sports games.

Is on a thread somewhere else on here, that the Tickets may come up during the June 1-2 Bama Bound session - so would have to have someone ready at home or log n during BB to get your tix.
I’m sure we’ll all have details by then…

I’m thinking that student tickets will be available before June 1 when the family weekend tickets go on sale so that students can know in advance if they already have tickets to the game. This is how the ticket system worked this year. Note that family tickets are not in the student section so your student will not be sitting with you if they use their student ticket.
