Football!

I'm so excited for football season!

Does anyone have any information on getting group tickets? Does security strictly enforce the seating arrangements in the student section? Do people usually just buy a ticket to get in and then move to sit with their friends?

Thanks. Go Blue!!

The ushers don't strictly enforce seating arrangements. The most they do is occasionally check your ticket when you're entering the seating area to make sure you're in the right section, and even then you can get around it. In the main student section, there are a fair amount of people who have a seating group and sit with them in their designated spot, but a lot of people just float around, which is what I'm doing next year. Last year there was a spillover student section behind the opposite endzone, and nobody there sat in their proper seats (I was in row 15 or something, usually moved down to about 5 becuase nobody would show up at kickoff). The one advantage to having a seating group, though, is that it's better for selling tickets if you have a pair together. Especially in years where we play Ohio State at home and don't suck, because you can easily make a good chunk of change selling your tickets.

As far as making a group...you and your friends agree on a group name and password, and when you order tickets online at www.mgoblue.com , there should be an option to join a seating group and you enter that info.

yeah. u can always move around. just make sure you enter the stadium in the correct section.
