<p>I know football is not really a big topic here on CC, but today was lots of fun- USC squeaked by with a win, but also #1 LSU and #2 Cal lost! Yay!</p>

<p>wow. I didn’t know LSU and Cal lost until I saw this. Sweet! That makes me happy. I’m so excited for the weekender!</p>

<p>OK, I knew who the top 3 were going to be now, but I’m still really annoyed that we went down again. We played OK considering that we were starting with a less experienced qb.</p>

<p>USC still has a long way to go, but with all these teams losing, we’re that much closer to a chance at the nat’l title. We have a really hard schedule ahead (Oregon, Cal and ASU are all away games) but I have faith…and a really strong desire for a trip to New Orleans :)</p>

<p>The damn computers ranked SC at 23. They screw us over every damn time.</p>

<p>Well, we have a stronger 2nd half schedule so after we win those games, the computer ranking will go up. We’ll see how the rankings change after Oregon next weekend</p>

<p>Too bad UCLA beat Cal. We really needed Cal to win so they would remain ranked high. Then when WE beat 'em, we would get a good boost in ranking.</p>

<p>USC moved up on BCS rankings from 14 to 12. It’s pretty sad how all other rankings put us higher than on BCS.</p>
