<p>do you guys know if rice needs a midyear school report for those of us who applied under the interim decision plan?</p>

<p>Isn't the midyear school report required of ALL applicants whenever first semester/quarter grades become available?</p>

<p>Yeah, you need midyear reports, but for some reason my school district is being weird and saying that they can't send them until February. Bah.</p>

<p>Yeah, I think that Rice requires Mid-Year Reports for everybody, even accepted ED applicants. The Admissions Office is open now, so they're just a quick call away! :)</p>

<p>I submitted the day before Dec 1 and I still havent gotten my PIN.. should i be worried?</p>

<p>It's been a bit over a month, so if you haven't gotten your PIN yet, call admissions.</p>

<p>Some schools release mid-year grades late (my sis hasn't even had semester tests yet) and Rice knows this. If my memory serves me correctly mid-year grades aren't required by a certain deadline, but you're supposed to get them in as soon as you can.</p>

<p>i got this email when i emailed them about not getting a PIN:</p>

<p>We have received your application.</p>

<p>Once we have completed our data entry for Interim Decision, we will be
emailing information about how to check the completion status of your
application online. We anticipate that these notifications will go out
by January 6 for Interim Decision and February 11 for Regular Decision.</p>

<p>I just got my pin 5 min ago as of Jan. 5th, 2006, so its not too late i guess for anyone that still hasnt received theirs!</p>

<p>i haven't got mine yet either. I did accidentally apply RD instead of ID, but then I emailed them saying that I wanted to change, and they supposedly changed. So, i guess I'lm still waitin</p>
