<p>I got my decision online first, then via FedEx. I am pretty sure that with one of the other Bulgarian kids that got in last year was the same way. So, don't worry about FedEx and stop checking to see the truck every 2 minutes. You are most likely hearing online first, so start refreshing their web page every 2 minutes instead.</p>

<p>Last year it was there. But we got an email first, notifying us that the decisions were up and could be seen at xxx.</p>
