<p>I agree with you. I took the Sat four times (including my 8th grade scores).
I took the ACT once and realized that I was terrible at it. I took three Sat 2s and retook one of them again (making four).</p>
<p>And i ended up with a 2250 SAT composite, and a 730 Biology,760 Us history score. I am pretty happy. I retook all my tests because I needed to and I know if I didn’t try my hardest I would regret it latter and this week Johns Hopkins gave me a likely 
and I sincerely believe that I would never have gotten it if my math score was 590 
like it used to be.</p>
<p>However, I am acutely aware of my privilege, without my parent’s money-- none of this would be possible.</p>
