Well, since Harvard no longer does ED, the application is due by January 1st, so I guess you can just get started whenever you're ready.

Just look for it on the Common App.

this doesn't answer my question...

The common application is typically made available in July (on the 1st for the 2007 cycle). You will be able to see the commonapp as well as Harvard's supplements from the TBA date onwards.

Common app comes out July 1st. The supplement came out sometime in the late summer if I remember properly like August? It's fairly simple and it doesn't change that much each year so I wouldn't worry about it. It's just an optional open ended essay.

It's a common app application, so you should register at commonapp.org if you want to really get a head start. Usually they release the app in august, but starting now won't get you into Harvard! Enjoy the end of your junior year and do great things! Do something amazing and interesting that you can write about in the summer and fall when the application does come out - I promise, you can fill out a beautiful college application in a month's time, but it will only be as amazing as the things you do. Best of luck!

listen to billman. don't think about the application. do something fun.

thanks everyone...

No problem!
