For an economics major, which class would be better to take?

I'm entering my senior year now, and I have to choose between Calculus Honors or Statistics AP. Which class would be better for my future?

Calculus IMO. It's better no matter what major you are going into. And it's almost a necessity for selective college admissions.

Neither. Both courses are weak. Take AP Calculus BC.

Take stats, it's good for better understanding the world around you, and figuring out when people are lying to you with data. (which might happen in economic situations!) Stats is probably the most useful math course I've taken so far. (Unless you count, say, algebra.)

Lol, my pretty crappy school doesn't offer that class. So, more opinions please?

Economics = Statistics.

Even though Calculus is a tougher class, Statistics is more suitable for your career path.

I would say Calculus. It depends on what type of Econ you are going for, but alot of higher end Economics is all Calculus, topology, linear algebra based. finance is more stat.
