for CCCers

what's the heaviest load (# units in a semester or quarter) you've taken and how did you do?

god i feel like such a loner...there are never any Texas CCers on this board and the CCCers always restrict their threads like its a special club. lol

^Hahahahah, to Brand's comment.

19 units was the heaviest I took. got a 4.0...but that's not saying much.

EDIT: Those are semester units.

lolol brand you make me feel bad now..
I guess anyone can join in then :P

im taking 16 semester units this fall...assuming i dont drop a class.

I've taken 16 units, one was none academic, so I guess really, it was 15 units..
But I've seen people with 18 or more units, I sometimes wonder how they handle it.. sounds like too much. 16 is good enough for me.

brand: you go to TCC?

22 units, 3.4, big mistake to take that many units at once

45 quarter units.. O_O;;

22 units - 4.0 (semester)

However, I have seen several people in my CC taken 25.5 units with a 4.0 G.P.A .

18- with a 4.0

adamantine - yes i do...a community college in the Woodlands (near Houston).

I'll be taking 19 units this coming semester and working and doing ECs...I'm not too worried. I think that if you can pace yourself, and as long as you're not taking several very difficult classes at once, it's easy. I've gotten my hard math classes out of the way, so basically the only truly hard course I have in the fall is Physics.

19 semester units--4.0

^ You tied me.

Edit:

I took 27 last semester, but I didn't do so well. 3.7 I think. It was just too much.

holy ****. that is quite a lot mr.muir. Thats like half of IGETC!

19 (semester) 4.0

My sister took 23 (sem) and worked 40 hrs. a week through the whole semester and I think she got a 3.8
