<p>i have NO idea how u got deferred, and I am sorry to hear that.</p>
<p>I am from Chicago and I applied to their Management program. I had a 590 m and a 610 v and a 570 w. my gpa w is 4.6 and unw is 3.7, im coming from the #1 school in Illinois and have great recs and extracurriculurs. </p>
<p>I would call them and ask them to review ur stats, because there is something wrong there. Im sorry..</p>

<p>I have already been accepted and unless I have to pay nothing(and even then) I will most likely not be attending as I have been accepted to other schools that I would rather attend.</p>

<p>lulubelle, This is happening b/c as I understand it, they are trying to accept more oos students. Since you not from the a mid-atlantic state, I think you have even more value to Suny, and you were a competitive candidate. Also, your gpa is very high. Congratulations!</p>
<p>thank u...i appriciate that...but now im worried that my cuz whos instate and one of the smartest kids i know...but with very low test scores might not get in...also i havent heard enough positive things about the schools to wnat to go there.</p>

<p>i just checked online and it said i was accepted (when i checked a month ago they said i was deferred, wanted to see my midyear grades, and that i would be considered for normal decision). However I didnt send in my normal midyear grades yet. Its weird, but thank goodness that i got in :).
