Sorry, but there seem to be a lot of posts regarding three sat subject tests for either ea or rd. It is a little unnecessary for repeat threads. The answer to all your questions. Georgetown never says you are REQUIRED to send 3 SAT IIs. What this means is they will not consider your application incomplete if you do not send 3 SAT IIs, like several other institutions. If you only have two at the time of applying, you are okay, but again, it'd be nicer to see three. If you don't have any when applying, I would try to get some in before your application is reviewed. Again, they LIKE to see three. REALLY REALLY LIKE to see three. Two is OK, but again 3 is desirable. At worst, if you send none, they won't automatically reject you, but i'd say if you are on the bubble, it might not work in your favor.

My three subject tests are a 680, 690, and 700. I’m applying Early, but will those scores help me, or are they in the “not help, but not hurt” range?

they are decent. again, looks better to send than not to send.
