i did the same thing as you, senior pictures rock!

I don't know what I should do...what do you guys think? Should I do my senior picture, or should I go more informal? I've been leaning towards informal, it reflects my personality more.

I don't think they're going to read too much into the significane of what picture you're sending, unless it's completely objectionable.

Does anyone have an answer to my question? Would it look kind of weird for it to say "Studio Proof" in the background of my senior picture?

I put in an extra passport picture. It fit in that space where it said attach photo so hopefully its not too small

SUBMITTED! And 20 minutes to spare!

SUBMITTED! And 8 minutes to spare! ;)

Aww....crap! Was i supposed to put my name and SSN on the top of my essays? :(

Maybe some of you can help me out...So i applied to Penn early but as ****ty as it is i gotta start thinking of my other apps because of course everything is a crapshoot with a school like penn...my question is...any one have any good schools in mind that give cash...a very good amount of cash...i live in jersey and dont wanna go tooo far...so far ive got rutgers (obviously), BU, UVA, Cooper Union, UMD??, Tufts, Dartmouth?? (a little far)...anyways i know all those aren't good money schools they are just on my list...but im looking for another pretty good school that i know i can get into that will give me money, and has a nicer environment then rutgers or BU (BU has the city but not campus)..oh and yea i plan on doing engineering but i dont want just a tech school cause who knows what ill want to change to...any bright ideas??

haha, i submitted today too, with 15 min to spare ^__^

but...we had to put our SSN at the top of the essays? i didnt - i applied online, and i figured they had the information already (twice, even!)

Second Choice: death

how do we register for interviews? or is the local alumni/interview person(s) supposed to contact me after penn receives part 1? or my whole application?

They will call you.

I heard they know NOTHING about you except that you have applied ED to Penn. They don't want to hear about your grades or board scores. You will be evaluated by how you come across as a person.

Maybe we should just bring our CC ED thread that talks about what kind of fast food and movies we like. It might save everybody some time. LOL. How many days until we know in December?

wheres whartonalum?

Pitt..........

lishnik21 - I know that Lafayette gives big merit scholarships.

is lafayette a decent school though?

is lafayette a decent school though...i mean i guess its pretty good...anyone know how engineering is at UMD?

Lafayette ranks #27 and first tier on the US News Liberal Arts Colleges list -on par with Bucknell and ranked better than Franklin and Marshall, Connecticut College, University of Richmond- better academic rating than BU, and a beautiful campus atmosphere. It has a well known engineering department, too. But are you looking for schools that give merit or financial aid? You might be interested in getting the 2006 US News that ranks all the engineering programs.

Lafayette is ranked # 14 out of the liberal arts colleges with engineering programs with a 3.2 peer assessment ranking.

University of Maryland has a #22 ranking out of the university engineering programs with a 3.7 out of 5 peer assessment ranking in US News.

wow collegecountdown thanks a lot...am i wrong or do you have to pay to access U.S. news's lists besides the main one..

26e- how cute that I am missed :)

Yes, if you are randomly chosen for an interview then the alum will contact you. We don't know anything about you aside from super generic info like name, school, phone number, and email.
