Btw, how is dieting supposed to increase the size of your breasts???
I was going to spare you the details of the ridiculousness I put myself through freshman and sophomore year, but here it is:

At 5'6 and just over 100 pounds (naturally!), I was a bony little thing without a curve on her body. I'd been informed more times than I cared to count that a girl needed breasts to be considered attractive, so to remedy my situation I decided that I needed to gain weight, assuming that the "curves" would follow. I gained over 20 pounds in less-than-healthy ways (yes, overeating is a form of disordered eating) and my 32A expanded to... a 34A (woo!). Realizing that my plan had failed, I panicked and resorted to various permutations of starving, compulsive exercising, and related things, because the only thing worse than being flat-chested was being flat-chested and fat, and the only semi-legitimate excuse for not having big boobs was to be skinny as hell.

In the past two years I've stabilized at a healthy (for me) 110 pounds and resigned myself to a lifetime of push-up bras and feelings of inferiority. You're welcome to point and laugh; I probably would, too.
