for harvard applicants

im curious, what kind of scores do you have in your SAT 2?

Do all of you have 700+ on all subject tests?

I think I can kiss harvard goodbye. Even though I got 800 on Math 2 and 790 on US History, I got an effin 610 in bio :/ Today is just a sad day for me..

700+ on all my subject tests. i think i can also kiss harvard goodbye. Got 2060 on SATs, 130 pts lower than my 1st time. I was hoping to break 2200 this time… deff didnt happen

i did well on my SAT 1 because i got 2400

stupid biology… really 610? perhaps, it is a divine intervention that thou shall not major in Biology O_O

Oh really? 2400 means you did well?

…

Seeme25 and neonseri, you all really need to calm down lol. Harvard nor any other elite institution looks at just scores. Even those with 790s, 800s, and 5s on the APs across the board get wait-listed; it goes to show you that any applicant is more than just the numbers. I have found the perfect thread for you all to look at. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/harvard-university/698478-importance-act-sat-subject-scores.html</a> And remember, just relax…You are more than your scores.

I wouldn’t give up based on one off-score. They’re supposed to evaluate applicants in a holistic manner.

Don’t give up. My subject test scores were 800 (lit), 800 (math 2), 760 (physics), and 650 (spanish). Yale asks for all your scores, so I thought the 650 would ruin my application. I got in anyway. They really do evaluate applications holistically.

That being said, Harvard does use score choice, so why don’t you take another subject test in january?
