For harvard do SAT II bio-M and Bio-E count as two sat II's

I may take both but not on the same day...

no, whether you took E or M doesn't appear on the score report so you could technically say "I took E and M and 800'd it for each!" while lying (Having taken M twice) and they wouldn't know so they don't allow it.

There's very little use in taking both.

Definitely do no do that. Colleges want to see if you excel in many different areas. If you got an 800 on one of them, they get the picture you're good at bio. Now they want to know about other subjects.

Actually I got a 670 in Bio-M, which was 80 pts short of my goal, but I'll retake Bio this Oct. hopefully for a 750+...

I took US history as well, but also fell short of my goal

I'll take Bio, Lit, and Math IIC in October...or maybe another science in place of Lit if I score low on the practice Lit subject test... for a grand total of 4 distinct SAT IIs.... but I will really study like a mad scientist this summer to bring up the bad scores

Actually they can see whether u took bio m or bio e

I'll decide which test to take the day of.... bio e or bio m.... by looking to see which is harder

They don't let you look into the book before taking the test. If you do it, it's cheating.

By looking I meant looking during the test...and then after the test going back and bubbling in the Correct Test Code

I don't believe that is possible. You have to fill out the bubbles during the test, and each test will have different correct bubbles. Unless I am missing something here?

You could probably get away with that but don't bother with the precious time when you want to actually be doing the questions. Just get a review book and see which you do better on. One isn't suddenly going to get easier for you on test day. I recommend, though the M. More of that material was covered, at least in my bio class, and the E seems like a lot more studying on your own is needed.

Yeah I'll go for the Bio-M since I'm taking intro to cell bio and genetics at HSSP this summer...

usually, honors bio/ap bio is molecular biology.
