For international applicants from India, how much do predicted marks matter?

I’m currently studying in 12th grade from a CBSE school in India. I did not get good marks in class 12 in the mid term and first term examinations. My school is quite strict when it comes to marking and also my teachers won’t give me more than 75 or 80 in predicted marks as they’re not very student friendly. I’m getting predicted marks: English 90, CS 90, Physics 80, Chemistry 75, Maths 75, so 82%. I have 1360 SAT (1410 superscore) and 29 ACT (30 superscore). How big a difference will it make to my chances for admission if my predicted percentage is more, probably 87% or so?
